The prices include: 3 or 4 nights accommodation on Ultra All Inclusive basis in Hotel Arabella or Hotel Bolero, tourist tax, VAT.
The Ultra All Inclusive programme of each hotel includes:
- Buffet breakfast (07:30-10:00), continental breakfast (10:00-12:00), afternoon snack (15:00-17:00), lunch (12:30-15:00) and dinner (18:30-21:00).
- Festive Easter lunch buffet on 15.04.2012 including eggs, bread, roast lamb as per tradition.
- A-la-carte dinner at the different a-la-carte restaurants of Hotel Arabella (Asian, Italian restaurants) or Hotel Bolero (Asian, Bulgarian, Grill buffet restaurants), depending on the reserved hotel.
- Bulgarian and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (10:00-02:00).
- Animation: multipurpose playground (football, volleyball, basketball, tennis), french bowls, shuffle board, gymnastics, aerobics, darts, table tennis, bicycle tours, evening shows and entertainment programme.
- Disco with DJ on each day.
- Mini club (10:00-12:30 and 15:00-17:30).
- Sports and relaxation: fitness, heated indoor swimming pool.
Extra paid services: billirads, beauty salon, SPA and beauty treatments, massage, sauna, hammam, steam bath, parking.
Children and extra bed reductions valid for both hotels:
- Children until 1.99 years old with 2 adults in a room stay free of charge.
- 1 child (2-11.99 years old) on an extra bed with 2 adults in all room types stays free of charge.
- 2 children (2-11.99 years old) with 2 adults in a Junior Suite or Suite: the first child stays free of charge, the second child pays 50% form the price for an adult.
- 1 adult with 1 or 2 children (2-11.99 years old): each child pays 50% from the price for an adult.
- Adult (child aged 12 and above years) on an extra bed pays 70% from the price for an adult on a normal bed.
Maximum accommodation:
- Double side sea view/sea view/standard room: 3 persons.
- Suite/Junior Suite: 4 persons.
Payment and cancellation conditions:
- All reservations should be paid in full in 2 days after confirmation.
- If a reservation is cancelled before 19.03.2012, 100% of the reservation amount is refundable.
- If a reservation is cancelled in the period 20.03-02.04.2012, 50% of the reservation amount will be charged, the rest is refundable.
- If a reservation is cancelled after 03.04.2012, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
- In case of no-show: 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
