The All inclusive programme includes:
- Buffet breakfast, buffet lunch, buffet dinner, snacks between the meals.
- Festive Easter lunch on 15.04.2012.
- Bulgarian alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (10:00-22:00).
- Sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi.
- Fitness, tennis court, table tennis, darts, children's playground.
- Wi-Fi internet in the hotel lobby.
Extra paid services: guarded parking; mini bar in the rooms; safe deposit box; cable internet in the rooms.
Children and extra bed reductions:
- Children until 1.99 years old with 2 adults in a room/apartment stay free of charge.
- 1 child (2-11.99 years old) on an extra bed with 2 adults in a room stays free of charge.
- 1 adult with 1 or 2 children (2-11.99 years old) in a room: each child pays 50% from the price for an adult.
- 2 or 4 adults with 2 children (2-11.99 years old) in an apartment: the first child stays free of charge, the second child pays 50% from the price for an adult.
- Adult (child aged 12 and above years) on an extra bed pays 80% from the price for an adult on a normal bed.
Maximum/minimum accommodation:
- Double room: maximum 2 adults + 1 child (0-11.99 years old) + 1 child (0-1.99 years old) or 3 adults.
- One bedroom apartment: minimum 2 adults; maximum 2 adults + 2 children (0-11.99 years old) + 1 child (0-1.99 years old) or 3 adults.
- Two bedroom apartment: minimum 4 adults; maximum 4 adults + 2 children (0-11.99 years old) + 1 child (0-1.99 years old) or 5 adults.
Additional information:
- Check in: after 14:00; Check out: before 12:00.
Payment and cancellation conditions:
- All reservations should be pade in full in 2 days after confirmation.
- If a reservation is cancelled before 10.03.2012, 100% of the reservation amount is refundable.
- If a reservation is cancelled after 10.03.2012, 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged, the rest of the reservation amount is refundable.
- In case of no-show: 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
