“Goranov I.V” Ltd operates this site. The company is a registered Tour operator and Tour agent in Bulgaria and acts as an agent for the hotels featured here. Our aim is to provide you with the possibility to search for and book a hotel on-line on very competitive prices. Instant confirmation is given to your booking and once the deposit is paid your reservation is guaranteed. Additional services such as excursions, trips, transfers etc. are also available though this web site.

Our team is committed to offer efficient and user-friendly service.

The booking process

Once you have chosen the hotel and the dates of your stay you will complete a booking form. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with a unique booking number and description of the services included in the rate. This is your contract, made between you and “Goranov I.V.”Ltd. in its capacity as an accommodation provider.

Please check carefully all booking conditions and hotel policies. The prices on this website are per day per room. Should you need to book an extra bed in the room or if you travel with children you will need to contact us in order to calculate all additional charges or reductions.

In the rare cases when an instant confirmation is not available a reservation request can be sent to us and our reservation team will get in touch with you within 24 hours during working days /Monday to Friday / to inform you about the availability or offer an alternative.

Please state all your special requests at the time of the booking. We will do our best to comply with them although no guarantee can be given.

A reservation is guaranteed when a deposit amount corresponding to the first 2 nights stay is paid via Pay Pal, credit card or a bank transfer.

Privacy

In order to complete your reservation we will need some personal information from you – name and address; contact details such as a telephone number and e-mail. The personal information requested when making a reservation will only used by “Goranov I.V.”Ltd. and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Payments

The last step of completing a booking is choosing a way of payment. We offer the following options to make a payment:

• Via Pay Pal – instantly

• By credit or debit card – we accept VISA, MasterCard and Maestro. The deposit will be withdrawn automatically from your card. We will need you to fill in the credit card form and send it by fax only to us./ This is done for greater personal security safety/

• By a bank transfer. – An invoice stating the amount due and our bank account details will be issued.

• Cash upon arrival.

Paying the deposit only is enough to secure your booking, although you can also pay for the entire amount using these means of payment. The deposit or advance payment amount is refundable should you decide to cancel later. Cancellation policy conditions apply!!!

Please note: Advance-booking conditions are different from the general conditions!

How to amend or cancel a reservation

Cancellations and amendments are only accepted when presented to us in writing – by e-mail or fax.

If you would like to change the details of your reservation after we have already confirmed it we will do our best to help you but we do not guarantee it will always be possible to do as requested. We may also need to recalculate the price according to the new details. Amendment fees may apply if the changes are made close to the arrival date.

The cancellation policies of the hotels are stated on the web site and in your confirmation e-mail. If you comply with these policies the cancellation is free of charge. However, should you cancel later than requested or do not show up you may have to pay late cancellation or no-show charges.

On very rare occasions we might need to make changes in the original booking if this is required by conditions beyond our control. In such cases you will be contacted as soon as possible and we will offer an alternative accommodation of the same or higher category. Should you choose to cancel the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.

Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in the cost of your booking. We strongly recommend you arrange an insurance that will cover the medical costs of eventual illness or accidents during your stay.

Indemnity

By making a reservation you enter a contract with us and accept the conditions stated in the reservation as well as the responsibility to comply with the rules of proper conduct during your stay.We reserve the right to terminate your stay in case of misconduct from your side. Cancellation charges will apply and no refund will be given. You will also be liable for the cost of all damages caused to the hotel and /or for any legal costs.
